Our Story
Michelle & Jim shared their mutual love for coffee starting in 2001. When the two of them went on their first date, where did they go? Yup, a coffee shop! Day trips after that always included time searching out quaint coffee shops and roasters. When soon married in 2002, what did they give for wedding favors? Yup, small burlap sacks of coffee!
It is out of this love and passion for coffee that helped to create Saxon Roasters. Their family owned business’ mission is to bring to you the best, freshest, small batch, handcrafted coffee that we can. Fresh is Best. Coffee is roasted locally, here in Wethersfield Connecticut.

We only use Specialty Arabica beans, the top 15% of beans that are grown. We choose our beans from the most sought-after coffee origins. We want you to enjoy our coffee as much as we enjoy crafting and bringing it to you.
